Discover Cinematics

Cinematics relate the story of a video game. They develop imagination. The cinematic evening promotes the talent of creators from here and elsewhere. Divided into two sections (cinematics from Quebec and international cinematics), this event presented in collaboration with Siggraph, will present 3D animations and fantasy worlds in an entertaining manner to the general public.

Mathieu Mazerolle has been professionally involved in the digital entertainment industry for over 12 years, having shipped award-winning video game titles, such as Assassin's Creed. Mathieu was one of the key technical architects of Softimage XSI, an industry-leading content creation tool used by professionals for both digital effects and interactive entertainment. Co-Founder and President of Unlikely Games, a dynamic video games start-up that made pioneering use rapid prototyping and state-based animation techniques. He is presently Senior Product Manager at Autodesk Games.
